CashPilots Rewards — Terms of Service

1. Introduction & Agreement

Welcome to CashPilots Rewards (sometimes “CashPilots,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Through this platform, you may earn rewards by completing offers, tasks, or deals (“Rewards,” “Deals,” or “Offers”).

By accessing or using the platform — including our websites, mobile apps, browser extensions, or any features — you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, do not use our Services.

2. Eligibility & Account Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old and a legal U.S. resident.
You must register with valid personal information (name, email, address, etc.).
You agree to keep all account information accurate and up-to-date.
Misrepresenting your identity or sharing accounts may lead to suspension or termination.

3. How the Rewards Program Works

To earn a Reward, you must complete a required set of Deals at one or more Levels within a defined time period (e.g. 60 days after starting).
Some Offers require you to pay, subscribe, or perform a qualifying action.
When you’ve satisfied the Deal requirements, you enter the Reward Claim Process. At that point, you may no longer change your selected reward value.
Pending rewards remain “Pending” until verified by our partner(s). The verification process typically takes up to 90 days.
We reserve the right to audit, reject, adjust, or revoke any reward if the underlying actions do not meet the terms.

3.1 Advertiser Validation

Certain rewards require confirmation from third-party advertisers or partners. Rewards may be delayed, rejected, or reversed based on advertiser verification.

If an advertiser rejects an action for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, duplicate accounts, ineligible traffic, failure to meet offer requirements, or non-compliance with advertiser terms, the corresponding PilotMiles may be removed from your account balance.

CashPilots does not control and is not responsible for advertiser validation decisions.

3.2 Clawbacks and Chargebacks

If an advertiser reverses payment for a completed action, a user initiates a chargeback, fraudulent activity is later detected, or an action is determined to be ineligible, CashPilots reserves the right to remove the associated PilotMiles from the user’s account balance.

This may include reversing rewards that were previously credited.

If a user’s balance becomes negative due to reversals or adjustments, CashPilots may:

Offset the negative balance against future earnings
Withhold withdrawals until the balance is restored
Recover amounts owed through lawful means

3.3 Minimum Withdrawal

Users must accumulate the required minimum balance before requesting a withdrawal. The current minimum withdrawal amount is $10 equivalent in PilotMiles, excluding promotional bonuses.

CashPilots reserves the right to:

Delay withdrawals for security or fraud review
Require identity verification before processing withdrawals
Cancel or reverse withdrawals if policy violations or fraudulent activity are detected

Withdrawal processing times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

3.4 Reward Expiration

CashPilots reserves the right to expire unused PilotMiles if an account remains inactive for an extended period of time.

For the purposes of these Terms, inactivity may include a failure to log in to the Platform, earn rewards, redeem PilotMiles, or otherwise interact with the Platform.

If an account remains inactive for a continuous period of 12 months, CashPilots may, at its sole discretion:

Expire all or part of the accumulated PilotMiles balance
Restrict access to certain Platform features
Close the inactive account

CashPilots may attempt to notify users prior to expiration, but such notice is not guaranteed.

Expired PilotMiles cannot be reinstated.

3.5 Advertiser Offer Disclaimer

CashPilots provides access to offers, promotions, games, surveys, and other activities made available by third-party advertisers and partners.

CashPilots does not control the content, requirements, or availability of these third-party offers.

Advertisers may change, pause, or terminate offers at any time without notice.

CashPilots does not guarantee that:

Any offer will remain available
A user will qualify for a reward
A reward will be approved by the advertiser

Users must comply with all requirements specified within each individual offer.

Failure to complete an offer according to the advertiser’s terms may result in the reward being denied or reversed.

CashPilots is not responsible for technical issues, tracking failures, or changes made by advertisers that may affect reward eligibility.

4. Identity Verification & Biometrics

As part of the Reward Claim Process, you may be required to submit verification documents (ID, selfie, biometric scan).
Your biometric / verification data is used only for identity checking, fraud prevention, and enforcing program rules; it is not sold or used for unrelated marketing.
Verification data is retained no longer than six (6) months, then deleted or anonymized.
Refusing to complete verification may result in denial of reward or account suspension.

5. Fraud, Abuse & Prohibited Conduct

You must not use bots, scripts, emulators, VPNs, or methods that simulate or fake user behavior.

You may not:

Create multiple accounts to exploit incentives
Use or manipulate tracking links
Ask others to perform actions on your behalf
Circumvent reward rules, self-refer, or falsify activity

Violations may lead to immediate termination, forfeiture of rewards, and legal actions.

CashPilots maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, abuse, or manipulation of the Platform.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

Use of VPNs, proxies, emulators, or traffic masking tools
Creating or operating multiple accounts by the same individual
Self-referrals or referral abuse
Automated activity, bots, scripts, or artificial engagement
Submission of fake leads or false information
Keyword stuffing or artificial search behavior intended to generate rewards
Manipulating engagement solely to generate PilotMiles
Chargebacks or payment reversals related to rewarded activity
Misrepresentation of identity or personal information
Circumventing geographic or platform restrictions

CashPilots may use automated fraud detection systems and third-party verification tools to monitor activity on the Platform.

6. Marketing Communications & Consent

During registration or later, you may opt-in to receive marketing communications (email, SMS). You may revoke consent anytime via account settings or contacting support.

We comply with applicable laws (e.g. TCPA) for promotional messaging.

7. AI, Analytics & Personalization

We use AI and analytics to detect fraud, tailor offers, and improve the Platform.

Interaction data, patterns, and usage metrics may be analyzed.

However, no major decision (e.g. reward denial) should be made solely by machine without human oversight.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, technology, software, and design belong to CashPilots Rewards or its licensors.

You may not copy, republish, or use our intellectual property without permission.

9. Third-Party Offers & Links

Many offers or deals in our platform are run by third-party partners.

When you opt to engage with a third-party offer, you may be subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for how they use your data or fulfill the offer.

10. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

Our services are provided “as-is,” without warranty of any kind.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential damages (to the fullest extent allowed by law).
Our total financial liability is limited to the lesser of:
1. The total value of Reward you earned,
2. USD $1,000, or
3. The total you paid (if any).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CashPilots Rewards and its agents from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, or third-party rights.

12. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time (with or without cause).

All rights granted to you will cease.

Pending rewards may be forfeited.

12.1 Inactive Account Termination

CashPilots reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that remain inactive for an extended period of time.

Accounts may be considered inactive if the user has not logged in or engaged with the Platform for 12 consecutive months.

If an account is terminated due to inactivity:

Any remaining PilotMiles may be forfeited
Access to the Platform may be revoked
The user may be required to create a new account to resume participation

CashPilots is not responsible for any loss of rewards resulting from account inactivity.

13. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution; Class Action Waiver

Disputes must be resolved via binding arbitration (American Arbitration Association) under Delaware law.
You waive the right to participate in class actions or jury trial.
You may opt-out within 30 days of registration by sending written notice.

14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failures due to causes beyond our control (network outages, acts of nature, governmental actions, etc.).

15. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be notified in advance (e.g. 10 days earlier). Continued use after changes reflects acceptance.
