If you wish to delete your CashPilots account, you can do so directly through the app or our website.
Steps to Delete Your Account
Open the CashPilots app or visit our website.
Tap on your profile icon in the top-right corner.
Go to Account Settings.
Scroll to the bottom of the page.
Select Delete My Account.
Confirm your choice in the “Are you sure?” pop-up window.
Once confirmed, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
When you delete your account:
All personal information associated with your CashPilots account will be permanently deleted.
Your PilotMiles, preferences and account settings will be erased.
You will no longer have access to your account or any data linked to it.
Data Retention
After deletion, we do not retain any personal data.
Non-personal or aggregated data that cannot identify you may be kept for analytics, security or legal compliance purposes.
Creating a New Account
You can create a new CashPilots account at any time after deletion. However, please note that previously deleted data, settings and PilotMiles cannot be recovered or restored.
